It’s one of the most commonly used chutney in north India and every house hold has a slightly different version of it.
One I’m sharing here is my favourite and go-to recipe. It quick, simple and easy to make. Taste is perfectly balanced and color is pretty green and not dark blackish green, which I prefer.
- Mint leaves: 1 cup
- Coriander leaves: 1cup
- Green chili: 2-3
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Lime juice: 2tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Put all the ingredients except lime juice in a grinding jar and grind to a smooth paste. Add water as needed.
- Take out in a jar, add lime juice and mix well.
