It might sound amusing but that’s a real name and that’s a real cocktail! And it’s as simple and easy as its name.
It basically needs three ingredients; rum, orange liqueur and lime juice. Type of rum completely depends on your choice and preference. I’ve used white rum in this recipe as it suits the palate for me and I prefer light rum over aged ones for cocktails.
Orange liqueur I used is triple sec though you can use cointreau also. Finally some freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Light Rum: 40 cl
- Triple sec: 20 cl
- Lime juice: 20cl
- Lime peel to garnish
- Chill a martini glass.
- In a shaker, add all the ingredients and give it a good shake.
- Strain the drink in chilled glass and serve with lime wedge or lime peel.
